1. Overview Nanoco (nanoco.us) operates GEORGE, an internal financial intelligence agent that connects to QuickBooks Online to support business operations across Nanoco's agritech, landscape, and education verticals.

2. Data We Access GEORGE accesses the following QuickBooks Online data: invoices, bills, profit and loss reports, cashflow statements, and accounts payable and receivable records. This data is accessed exclusively for internal financial monitoring and reporting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data Data accessed from QuickBooks Online is used solely to generate internal financial reports, flag overdue invoices, monitor cashflow, and provide weekly financial summaries to Nanoco's founder. No data is sold, shared, or used for any commercial purpose.

4. Data Storage Financial data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is stored in Nanoco's private Google Workspace environment, accessible only to authorized Nanoco personnel. No data is stored on third-party servers or shared with external parties.

5. Data Retention Financial records are retained in accordance with standard business accounting practices and applicable law. Users may request deletion of stored data by contacting hello@nanoco.us.

6. Third Party Services GEORGE integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API. Intuit's own privacy policy governs the storage and handling of data within the QuickBooks platform.

7. Security Access to QuickBooks Online data is protected via OAuth 2.0 authentication. Credentials are stored securely on a private server and never shared or exposed publicly.
