1. Agreement This End-User License Agreement governs the use of GEORGE, an internal financial intelligence agent developed and operated by Nanoco (nanoco.us). By using GEORGE, you agree to these terms.

2. Permitted Use GEORGE is an internal tool developed exclusively for use by Nanoco and its authorized personnel. It is not a public-facing application. Access is restricted to authorized Nanoco team members only.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration GEORGE connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API to retrieve financial data for internal reporting purposes only. No financial transactions are initiated, modified, or deleted by GEORGE. GEORGE has read-only access to financial records.

4. Restrictions Users may not: share access credentials with unauthorized parties, use GEORGE to access data beyond Nanoco's own QuickBooks accounts, reverse engineer or modify GEORGE's integration, or use GEORGE for any purpose outside internal financial monitoring.

5. Data Handling All data retrieved through GEORGE is handled in accordance with Nanoco's Privacy Policy available at nanoco.us/privacy.

6. Disclaimer GEORGE is an internal operational tool. Financial data retrieved is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice. Nanoco is not liable for decisions made based on GEORGE's outputs without independent verification.

7. Modifications Nanoco reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of GEORGE constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
